The New Energy Vehicle Electrical Connection Technology Summit Forum was successfully held

On April 12-13, the 3rd China New Energy Vehicle Electrical Connection Technology Summit Forum, hosted by Connected New Energy and co-organized by Suzhou AEM Technology, was successfully held at the IBP International Conference Center in Shanghai.

 

The Electrical Connection Technology Forum is one of the China New Energy Vehicle Advanced Technology Series Forums hosted by New Energy and New Energy, mainly focused on this segment of electrical connections. The forum attracted hundreds of  technical experts and senior managers from relevant fields to participate. In addition,

Amphenol was always sharing the theme of 'New Energy Vehicle High Voltage Connector Technology Evolution and Case Introduction'. Firstly, Sherlock.Wan briefly introduced the evolution of high-voltage connectors for new energy vehicles, the market brand situation and the current technical challenges. Also he explained the thinking behind the connector standard and explained the design case of the “plug-in” connector in detail. And the development trend of high voltage connectors is prospected.

Globalization of LED Lighting in China(1)

Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology of China informed the media in Beijing that at present, LED lighting has huge industrial, economic, technological and social effects, and is regarded as a strategic emerging industry by many countries around the world. 'LED lighting is a global opportunity, and strengthening global cooperation is an important part of its industrial development.'

In terms of cooperation with developed countries and emerging economies, through the International Science and Technology Cooperation Program, the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor Lighting of China has established the International Open Innovation Center, an overseas research and development entity, at Delft University in the Netherlands, and jointly trained PhD and postdoctoral students. China has also cooperated with the German Ministry of Education and Research in the fields of innovative applications, standard testing, demonstration project evaluation and product recycling; established the BRICS Semiconductor Lighting Cooperation Platform with Brazil, India, Russia and South Africa; and jointly launched the construction of the relevant LED Lighting Technology Center with the Kenyan Ministry of Education and Research.

Domestic experts believe that LED lighting has become a successful technological revolution and established a leading position in the lighting industry reform. With the promotion of technological progress and the pull of market demand, the LED lighting industry will enter a new round of high-speed growth period. The next 2-3 years will be the most critical period for semiconductor lighting technology innovation and industrial development.
